How can I downgrade my popcorn hour again to version 1.34 or something similar? Is their also an install file available like for version 1.4?
I think it would be interesting for people on private trackers to have the possibility to use 1.2x or 1.3x, these are allowed
Well the forums are saying that 1.40 slows down other clients and I'm sure that's why its got band, I tested it out and move away back to 1.33beta that looks to be working mostly and don't get you trouble
Find it at
http://code.google.com/p/torrentwatch/downloads/list
How to install if your using 1.4xx I'm not sure I just installed it, might have been that the setup of 1.4xx failed so that why it worked
Will the upgrade remove my torrents? Because i have spent the last half hour adding 20 torrents. It took a looong time.
New beta version out: 1.41b4
changes between 1.41b3 and 1.41b4:
#1601: single peers tend to hog all the available bandwidth
#1587: Transmission held onto onto nonproductive peers longer than it should've
#1593: Setting upload to 0 kills all download
#1583: daemon ignores IP address whitelist
#1600: (gtk) "use PEX" checkbox has no effect
#1545: speed temporarily jumps to 2x the user-defined speed limit
#1565: give the peer requests a higher send priority.
#1588: (gtk) bandwidth scheduler's time format should respect locale
#1584: include version in session-get response
I hope this also gives better speed to transmission. Especially 1587 and 1601.
Download is really slow when downloading new episodes of series. These are popular torrents but transmission only recognizes +/- 50 peers instead of 10000+.

Lol

Have no illusions Ger, you work for us now. Your only goal in life now is to satisfy us as quickly as possible with new Transmission releases
(Ger, do you recognize the bug that popular torrents download slowly?)

Funny Jacket (grapjas).
I do not get paid nearly enough though; for making these builds

Perhaps I should start collecting money for these builds haha.
To be honest, I stopped using the transmission, I only get good download results using NZBget.

Well, it's much appreciated, and I'm sure you'd get a few donations if you put a paypal link up

Is it posible view activity log of transmisssion?
One thing that I found is that files are not removed when removed from download ?
let me give a example, I'm getting some data, and at some point a person will collect all in one new file
that's flagged as new file that I like by Torrentwach and put in the download list, I see it and as I have all the data I dont need the bigger file,
When I check my folder I have the files, I cant delete a torrent ? only removed it from the download list ?

Give me a local Usenet server, and I will agree until that it depends on a lot of things
Where it is the newest version for download, i mean the last transmission client.... 1.33 or 1.44 and do i have to install torrentwatch also?
Dear isnogood, of course i'm always checking
http://code.google.com/p/torrentwatch/ and the begining of the post, but there where so many things said after that i'm confused.
Creating a new post should be more importatn to clear all the doubts.
Best regards
