Great find, will fix that in the following release!
I had to read that line 3 times to find the difference ;-)
anyone knows how the login screen in the original version of transmission->clutch was done? I really want to have access to my torrents from outside but without login this is not really safe. could you include it in the next version?
thnx a lot for transmission 1.40 my download goes way faster now: 1.2Mb/s instead of 800kb/s
Home from work and the webGUI is again slow and no upload (still only seeding). Restarting the client and things are back to normal. Am I the only one that experience this? I'll proberly post my problems on the Transmission forum later tonight.
@Ger Teunis: Good eyes

Nice work! 1.4 seems less stable though - but I guess that's not your fault. My box has turned dark after a couple of hours last days now.
And another thing, they've removed the upload from URL-part from 1.4. Read more here:
http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1147
BTW: Do you know if it possible to include your own php-scripts within Clutch that are runnable from the http server? Seems like the client itself is pure XHTML/Javascript/RPC, and doesn't load any PHP-files at all.
I'm also annoyed by the verification of data every time it starts. Takes a couple of hours before any downloading.

Can you verify that it is 'popular' torrents that triggers the problem?
I posted the problem in this
thread on the Transmission forum and reverted back to 1.33 for the time being.
This evening (GMT+1) I will update the downloads again.
The Gaya User Interface is fixed and works correctly now.
I've also made some minor changes to that screen.
All functionalities are back in the 1.40 now.
At a later stage I will incorporate the patches from journey4712 I think. This will make the transmission compatible with journey4712's TorrentWatch.
(in theory)

I'm seeding >20 torrents (peers from 0 to 100), and they almost stopped seeding. 1.33 worked ok. reverted back to 1.33 and will wait if that will be solved..

There it is, Version 1.40 FINAL
I've also found some time to add journey4712's patches to support his TorrentWatch (not tested though).
Changes from beta2 to final:
Version 1.40
- Fixed Gaya User Interface
- Added journey4712's patches for TorrentWatch
- Fixed bug where transmission is not stopping correctly
Download: use original download link from first post.
Hello,
Even though I was able to install the beta2 version of transmission, I cannot install the final version..
the error I get is "opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/HARD_DISK/transmission-installer.cgi: line 143: syntax error: word unexpected (expecting "in")
..any ideas?

That is very weird, I just did test it again. Downloaded the zip, and installed it with no problems at all. Could you try again, stop the torrent, redownload unzip etc etc.
