I cant seem to get anything to happen. When I try to play a movie through the yamj all i get is a back screen then back to the movie page. Here is my log. I have two shares which will launch a movie if i browse to the share to mount then go back into the jukebox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Wow, i'm sorry guys i was just looking through and i never noticed that mount.php didn't make it into the install file. It was working on my machine because i was installing over a directory that already had the file . . oops Blush

I'm working on a couple issues with video_ts right now, since i think the other part does work i just didn't distrubute all the files. Once it looks like this is working too i'll send out an 0.10(probably tonight)

journey4712
Ok, didn't take as long as i thought it might. You can download Mono.Wrapper 0.10. I probably need a new name, because to accomplish video_ts i had to wrap amp_test, and for isos had to wrap the /mount program.

Another side note, when you click to play an ISO there will be a noticable pause before you see anything change on screen. This is because with isos gaya calls the mount command before amp_test(which changes the screen) so it will still show your details page while the mount is going on

IT WORKS!!! WOHOOOO! Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin:Dthanks a whole lot! DUDE- You da MAN!CoolI have been trying to get this to work since it first came out and the latest version made it work. All my movies are main movie .iso's and everything is badabing badaboom!!

RE: On-Demand network share mounting - semprini - 03-20-2009 02:56 PM

I tried version 10 but it didn't work for me, either. I really wish I was more experienced at this kind of stuff...

I did notice a pause when playing from my first drive, but movies on the second drive still won't play.

RE: On-Demand network share mounting - hxall - 03-20-2009 05:11 PM

well it's a mixed bag for me, the good news is that auto mount now works for ISO's from all shares...

bad news is that the ISO's won't play correctly (from either the YAMJ or directly from the PCH menu), that is, you get audio but the video doesn't play (my Samsung TV just says unsupported mode), so the wrapper must be doing something funny to the video setup for ISOs, other formats (mkv and m2ts) play fine...

btw, this is on my A-110, haven't loaded 0.10 on my A-100, I may try that later today...

logs as follows:

Code:
Starting Mount.Wrapper: /bin/mount -o block=2048 /isolink/21.iso /iso
/isolink -> /opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/NV_Media/Videos/Movies/Drama/
mountFilesystemByPath: file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/NV_Media/Videos/Movies/Drama/

RE: On-Demand network share mounting - journey4712 - 03-21-2009 05:07 AM

@starz
what does your link to a video_ts look like inside the details html page? for example yamj sets mine up with the following

PHP Code:
<class="link" href="file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/vids/DVD/10000.bc/VIDEO_TS" TVID="Play" zcd="2" vod=""

It looks like your details pages are sending gaya somewhere else, which jukebox do you use?

@hxall
hmm, i was kinda lazy havn't actually pluged the audio into the NMT in weeks, i just checked to see if the dvd menus came up. My first guess is the NMT is having memory issues, even though it should be just paging php to disk(php is still running in background when amp_test.real runs). I think i can tweak it so there is only a shell instead of the full php interpreter running see if it makes a difference. Please check on your a-100 as well, as i have an a-100 and it may be some oddity between the two.

hi ,

yamj jukebox R810 skin 5150 - NMT A-110

Quote:class="link"
href="file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Myibook/Anime/ROBOTS/VIDEO_TS"
vod="" tvid="Play"

here it works with an AVI file

Quote:Starting Mono.Wrapper: /bin/mono -single file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Myibook/Anime/pokemon/pokemon.[CD8].avi -dram 1
single
mountFilesystemByPath: file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Myibook/Anime/pokemon/pokemon.[CD8].avi
mountFilesystemByName: Myibook
Myibook already mounted
Mount Success.
execute /bin/mono.real Array
/bin/mono.real '-single' 'file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Myibook/Anime/pokemon/pokemon.[CD8].avi' '-dram' '1'
Starting /bin/mono.real '-single' 'file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Myibook/Anime/pokemon/pokemon.[CD8].avi' '-dram' '1'

@journey,

well tried 0.10 on my a-100, and works like a charm, from 3 different shares and all formats, I would say however that response time is a bit sluggish when it plays the ISO and when it returns to the jukebox...

on the a-110, only ISO audio plays, no video...

the setups are a bit different as follows:
a-100: composite video/audio via stereo both connected directly to Philips LCD, 1080i
a-110: HDMI audio/video to Onkyo A/V to Samsung, 1080p/60hz

would like to hear from other a-110 users as well (using HDMI)...

RE: On-Demand network share mounting - simonk83 - 03-22-2009 06:03 AM

I've just realised that since I started using this the Play All links for multi part movies don't work anymore. Is this something everyone is seeing? I'm using version 8.

hxall - we have the same set up and my a110 is connected to HDMI. All my iso's are working from 3 different networked shares (1TB each).

lostpopcorn1,

do you mind letting me know what are your video settings (resolutions & frequencies, etc) and assume you are running the latest (non beta) firmware? looks like I'll have to play around with the video settings...

the funny thing is that with 0.08 it works fine (that is the same iso's play, just can't auto mount), and with 0.10 only audio plays???
