Hi,

anybody can tell me if (and how) it's possible to turn off the trailer button !?!

I can't figure out where's the "switch" Smile

All my files have same structure (all isos), no downloaded or physical trailer.

But some movie detail page show a trailer button....

You have to recreate the html pages! Make a test and rename the jukebox folder and create a new jukebox from scratch. Then look if the changes are done.

@Ander

If you see a trailer button then look beside the movie wich has a trailer button if there are some other files.

As I mentioned I checked before.

I get the trailer button for folder:

21
inside files:
21.fanart.jpg
21.iso
21.jpg
21.nfo

I get no trailer button for folder:
21_Grams

inside files:
21_Grams.fanart.jpg
21_Grams.iso
21_Grams.jpg
21_Grams.nfo

???

BTW: Possible option to "hide" Yamj Version/Build (but keep the library description field) on the more detail page ?

an update on a previous problem (still the same).

today I build a new library from scratch, sd skin - and before as you suggested renamed all my bluray-iso-files from:

movietitle_[BLURAY].iso

to: movietitle_BLURAY.iso

but still the same problem as you can see, first blurays are recognized correct, all others not !!!

and:

There's a great category called extras.

If I filter the library I only get 4 movies with BONUS, but there should be about 100 iso files with BONUS in the filename....

Any ideas ?

I think about the banner page and a configuration for the tv mode, but for the moment i have no time yet. I can start in november, not earlier.

Did you follow the namig examples in my pdf doc? So, take a look at it.
And be careful with the config. You have to use my 'moviejukebox.properties' from the pakage and modify it!

So, try to use a new YAMJ and clean version of my skin and try. Then start to modify it.

I can understand most time probably you have to answer questions from people asking without trying before asking or asking before reading the manual !

But: I really tried (several times) to describe precisely my situation and/or my problems.

And all I get in return are most times one-liners far away from solutions !

OF COURSE did I read the naming instructions - as I described - and of COURSE I build everything from scratch with new yamj and modified the right properties file.

ALL my BLURAY files are named: movietitle_bluray.iso AND
ALL my EXTRAS are named: movietitle_bonus.iso or movietitle_bluray_bonus.iso

And no answer for my trailer problem !

If you don't have a clue or idea, please tell me - that's ok for me, but if someone should know why the trailer button is visible or not, I guess you should !

Maybe it's a switch or info in the nfo-file ???
Obviously - as described - I don't have a TRAILER file.

Again I also have to say that I really appreciate your work and your great skin.

That's not the way to name YAMJ extras. I can't speak for the skin, if Mr.M has done something different, but you should put [EXTRA], [TRAILER] or [BONUS] in the filename to indicate they are bonus features.

Also, you need to make sure that the word in the [] is in this property:
filename.extras.keywords http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/wiki/PropertiesConfiguration#filename.extras.keywords

If I remember correctly Mr.M uses an old version of the properties file with YAMJ and that property might not be in there or over-ridden with his settings.

All of the filetypes (Extra, Trailer, Bonus, etc) are considered as "Extras" which some skins call "Trailer" it's probably just that. Look in the XML file for the movie, at the bottom will be a list of the extra files that are associated with the Movie

The Dark Knight[Deleted-Cut outs].avi
The Dark Knight[EXTRA-Sneak preview].avi
The Dark Knight[Special-Behind the scenes].avi
The Dark Knight[TRAILER-Test1].avi

For your trailer problem....Post the generated xml of a movie to take a look inside what is found as trailer.

concerning extras and bluray "branding":
what I really don't understand is that:

BATMAN_BEGINS_BLURAY.ISO

shows the correct bluray disc, but:

EYES_WIDE_SHUT_BLURAY.ISO

shows a blue dvd Sad

I can't see a naming mistake here.

WATCHMEN_[BONUS]_BLURAY.iso

are shown with filter on extras, but:

INCEPTION_BONUS_BLURAY.iso

is not ?!?!

It's in the trailer settings. You have to turn it off to remove the URL

[] are ignore in terms of the names, but they are needed to indicate that it's a bonus disk

As per Mr.M's guide above you add text to the bonus/extra name to indicate the bonus type
e.g.
Code:
The Dark Knight[BONUS-Making of].avi
The Dark Knight[BONUS-Director Commentary].avi
