I have just purchased my first Media Centre, The 'Popcorn Hour C-200'.
I fitted a 2.5" Seagate 120Gig 5400.3 Hard Disk Drive - all good so far;
and I mounted a Pioneer DVR-218LBK.
DVD playback was fine, but Audio CD was a little choppy
also notice some spin noise when playing AVI files from disc.
I have replaced the Pioneer with a "Lite-On iHAS324-32 Y".
problem solved, have not try videos yet.
my firmware was 02-01-091113-19-POP-408-000 but now is 02-02-100118-19-POP-408-000.
The Pioneer was choppy with Audio CD's on both firmware.
I was going to post this up on the compatibility list, but don't know how.
Can someone help me on this or post it up for me please.
