Back from "IFA Berlin" i try to summary your questions:

new yamj version?
I´ll check the newest version, but if i run in to much problems with it for my own collection, i didn´t put it in. But i´ll always make a skin only version for users with their own yamj version and configuration.

problems with movie set collection with more than 9 movies
you have to set gt.set.gap=2 to prevent problems. If it is only one set you can also edit the html file in your jukebox to have all other sets at bottom.

sort by year
There is actual no solution for this, you can only set "Year_Last Year_1.html" as standard index.

check moviejukebox.log for hint of errors.

problems with PLAY and ENTER on tvshows with more pages
I´ve no problems, but it could be a playlist value problem. What files are this movies?

Trouble with fanart.
When trying on my small test library with 4 popular movies, fanart was only downloaded for one movie. Thumbnail and movie information was ok for all 4 movies.

What could the problem be? YAMJ properties? Skin properties?

Maybe fanart doesn't exist yet for the other movies?

I love this package gt-eins has created! Good work!

I have a small problem and I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this issue.

I have around 40 TV shows. However, when I look at the TV Show wall on my NMT, I can only ever see the first 24 banners in alphabetical order (only 2 pages worth of TV shows). I checked the jukebox folder, and YAMJ has downloaded banners for ALL the TV shows.

I then noticed, there are only two Other_TV_Shows.html files that have been generated (when, there should be 4 or 5).

I opened up the index.html from my computer and went to the TV show section, and I noticed that there is like a line break or page break in the HTML. All the banners (on my computer) appear after this break. The area they appear in, is outside the normal viewing area when looking at these HTML's on the NMT.

Here is a screen show of what I'm talking about....

It's as though the correct number of TV Show html files is not being generated, and it's trying to squeeze all the banners into just 2 walls.

Any ideas?

I discovered the same problem myself last night, as I've only been watching shows lately on the first page I hadn't picked up on it until now. Haven't worked out why yet but it only affects TV banners. When you look at the Other_All html pages all the thumbnails appear for your TV shows.

From what I can tell it's only displaying the TV banners for the first page and last page, I'm at work now so won't be able to check the index.xsl file until later tonight.

@GT just so you know I created a new library.xml file for just TV shows and ran it with the original index.xsl file and the centered index.xsl file and got the same results - only two pages of TV banners. Used the index.xsl file from the latest Aeon skin and got four pages of TV banners as expected.

I just did my own testing, and I have just come to the same conclusion. I actually just downloaded the latest AEON skin (released 2 days ago), and extracted it over the C:\yamj\skins\AiO_SabishGT folder, ran my_yamj.cmd again, and it's now working.

Ahh sorry - my apologies. I'm still getting used to the all the correct terminology.

The Aeon Movie Wall (which I now realise was released back in May).

During my testing I also installed the latest YAMJ build, which is the thing that was released a few days ago.

I´ll check the diffrences between AMW and my index.xsl file. Maybe is something different in the options.

Seems you enabled 2 ROW and let the gt.set.gap=3 change it to 2. Check also mjb.ThumbnailWidth and mjb.ThumbnailHeigth.

I am having this problem as well with my tv shows. Where do the change the value to 2? In index.xsl - "xsl:variable name="get.set.gap" select="(($gt.set.row)-1) * (($thumbnails.height)+4)" " ?

I think you're referring to Omertron's mediaplayer site. There is a post by Omertron on the YAMJ homepage about a mediplayer mirror site

I'm using YAMJ v2.0 which I think from memory is r1668, didn't get a chance last night to look into it but I'll do a clean install with no customisation and run it again.

In the RAR download (first post of this thread), the skin.properties file has the #12 BANNERS section set to 27 thumbnails per page.

By changing it to the correct number (12), and re-running my_yamj.cmd, it fixes the issue.

So here are the exact step by step instructions...

1. Navigate to your YAMJ folder\skins\AiO_SabishGT.
2. Open up the skin.properties file in Notepad or some other editor.
3. Look at the TV BANNERS CONTROL section - the bit I've highlighted below in RED is the issue. Change it to 12, and run MY_YAMJ.CMD again.

Oh of course! thanks for that DreamensioN, GT I feel like such a goose for not picking up on that and what's worse is that I deliberately made the change when I was playing around with the skin and forgot. My apologies.
