it will be at the root of the folder. so if you share /media/movies it would be in /media.

Is there any improve for the Gigabit Lan?
Also want to ask, Does Popcorn A200 has a settings to auto standby the hard disk?
Because when I transfer file via FTP, it always standby automatically. could anyone help?

Ethernet performance has not differed from last public firmware.
If your drive has power saving features (Green) it will do so.
Mine doesn't standby. Please elaborate further...

Thanks Dave, my drive doesn't have the green features actually.
confuse, how can it will be going to power saving. Even during i watched via internal HDD and simultaneously transfer via ftp from PC to PCH, it also halted.
is there any solution? In previous firmware, this thing doesn't happen.

My A-200 no longer plays nice with my 2TB WD20EARS disk. Takes forever to mount, problem persists when firmware has been reverted back to the September firmware. USB also takes forever to mount if the WD20EARS is installed, otherwise works fine.
Will stick with September firmware until I can get the data off the disk.

I found the folder, and deleted it, then had the A-200 re-scan, and after 20-ish minutes it hung...again, same as last time, it gets just under half way threw my movies before it gets stuck in the mud........

hey eagle. did those issues just start with this firmware? i hav just updated to new firmware and i have 2tb ears and it seems ok so far. about 10 secs to mount the hdd

here's the $2 question, did you align your drive? i'm going to guess the people with problems did not. Also those who are having issues, did you remember to upgrade nmt or did you just install the firmware and run with it.

Yeah, I don't think I aligned the drive when I got the A-200 when it was released, so I am expecting that that is the problem. Otherwise this only started being an issue for me when I upgraded to the latest firmware today; had no issues with previous upgrades. It'll probably be fixed when I align/advanced format the disk, but I won't do that until I have somewhere to temporarily store the contents of the disk. Though I was looking at getting/making a NAS sometime soon anyway.

I think you need to take a closer look at your HD. It might be faulty because your symptom is unique.

is it possible to add multiple external sub support for next firmware ?
also in previous firmware, when my external hdd goes into standby a200 always fail to bring it online again, i need to replug the usb cable to use the external hdd .. does this problem still exist in this firmware ?
fyi my external hdd is Seagate® Expansion™ External Drives 1TB

Look in the NMJ thread for how to disable mediainfo and see if it scans all the way through.

Am I the only person who has a really slow, clunky NMJ? I've been patient. I've bragged to friends. My two HDDs took 5 hours to scan last night. I added NMT apps. I won't be using NMJ.
It takes forever to do anything and to be honest, doesn't look as nice as I expected. Not a big issue for me. I love my 200 so will happily continue as before. I will take another look after the next firmware.

But I have one question, I used the Yamj to NMJ convert tool without any problem. I can see the NMJ movie wall and browse it, but I have a message on the bottom left saying "verifying database" and the interface is very slow, almost unusable. It seems that it verify the database every time I start NMJ and it take hours to verify it, is it normal ?
