Keyboard works through C-200 for file names , but typing will not work in Twitter or youtube. any ideas?

keyboard support is not in any apps or NMJ. Its a limitation of flashlite

well that is a downer, is that a hardcoded never going to happen or something that may change in the future?

I can not say for sure But im leaning towards no. I have never seen any flashlite support a keyboard and it comes with no keyboard support.

But the backspace key does function, then why is it impossible to make the other keys function?

Because there is a certain number of keys that do. in theory you should be able to map all buttons. But it would have to be done for each individual app that is made I think. So if saybas does not make the app they have no control over what buttons can be used. Full keyboard support did not make it into flashlite until 3.1 I think and i dont remember the version syabas is using.

We'll see what we can do on that. I agree keyboard support for youtube would be pretty sweet. Gotta look up those music videos for Girls Generation quicker

Lol, I tried to showcase the YouTube app to family members.
The typing of the search word took me so much time that most of them left the room
Would be very gratefull if it would be supported

since flash lite 2.xx qwerty keyboards have been supported or more specifically phones with a full qwerty keyboards
this can be determined by calling
System.capabilities.hasQWERTYKeyboard
I have never seen any reference to flash lite understanding usb keyboards, as it was designed mainly for phones I very much doubt it will work
