I install the new Fw
play movie via samba from my computer was very unstable ang hangup the c200.
I install the NFS Server , when I playthe file c200 said ' could not play '
So how can I resolve those problem

^^ if it wasnt hanging up before the new firmware do a factory reset and see if that helps.

Im sorry but unfortunately i have not much time to read this thread so ill be quick! Im interested in c200 thats for sure! If i buy this unit do i have to study all this thread to instal curent firmware? I understand that this firmware is OPTIONAL for those who use USERAPPS! So when i buy c200 only with hdd with no userapps, what and how shuld i instal firmware? Btw what are userapps and LTU? Thnx!!

OK,
I have followed everything stated but im still having issues trying to update?
1. Uninstalled LTU via CSI
2. Unplugged HDD - Where Apps were located. (Plus all other connected storage)
3. Updated firmware to 110422 again via Offline USB
4. Cleared Cache, Factory Reset, Rebooted PCH.
5. Set PCH IP to DMZ on Router
6. Procceded to online update, However I still get the Message: Failed ERR059
?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The Online update is not optional 'if' you have userapps.
It is mandatory if you use blu-ray etc, due to the updated license key.
Also ripped blu-ray on the harddrive can sometimes not play if the key is not up-to-date.
And you dont have to study the whole thread, just the first Message from Werner.

Well It is an stepstone, so probably need this firmware in order to get newer firmwares in the future.
But why wouldn't you update it?
If all goes well, as with the majority of the users, it takes a few minutes only.
Once you receive your new C200, it is always best to check/download the firmware(online) before you really start using it for movies etc.

Now, online difference between MAC can generate license key,
what can not notify users of the MAC have a special firmware file to the online update with difficult customers?
I am really frustrated, failed again and again, each time we take a long 4 hours.
Fortunately, there are so many friends, support staff, non-stop to answer, so I continue to have confidence in the test go ...

I shall say this yet again. If it fails then:-
1. Contact support HERE
2. Do NOT keep trying. Once you get ERR0059 your C200 is blocked. You need support to unblock it on their server.
3. When Support have told you its unblocked then disconnect any internal/external device that has CSI apps install. If you have LTU installed you MUST uninstall it now, you can reinstall after the update. If you dont know what LTU or the CSI Apps are then you don't need to worry.
4. Unplug your HDD where your NMT Apps are installed.
5. Update firmware to 110422 again using a USB stick

6. Make sure that port 8443 is not blocked on your firewall.
7. clear cache, Setup=>Maintenance and press the filemode button on your Remote
8. Restore factory defaults: goto Setup=>Maintenance and press on "reset to factory settings"
9. Reboot
10. Then and only then try the online update again.

I've followed what you said 1 to 9 steps, my operation is correct,
However, there has been no error code ERR0059, just get ERR0064: 211,Last night get ERR0064: 155,
Support have told me "The ERRO64: 211 is not related with the mac address issue. Are you perform the June firmware update through the USB method?"
Somehow, in June, when the release that I can use the USB method of firmware update for C200 ?

No you can't use USB. Ask support how you can use USB for an online only update?
Ask them what the problem is and what the suffix for ERR0064 mean. It's no good telling you what it is not how about what it is.
The error codes are on the WIKI but not any of the 64 suffixes:-
