Is it possible to access the media on the HDD of an A210 through my A-110?
I've finally upgraded and was thinking about putting my working A110 in another room (the HDD is almost dead) and I thought accessing media in this way would be a perfect solution

I don't see why. Normally you can watch something from the PCH on the PC (through samba) and still watch something on the PCH.
That should not be any different. If it will be smooth with, say, watching 2 1080p movies at the same time... I guess you can only test that out.
