When playing BD backups with full BD menu, the new firmware still has unresolved bug where chapter next and previous commands do not work via IP - tested using Control4 processor and Extra Vegetables IP driver as well as using PCH iOS app on iPhone/iPad.
Are there plans to make this a priority fix in the next firmware release?

It should be if i want to now if that bug has been fixed in that particular FW or not.
I now that it was not fixed in the FW before this since one posted that in that FW tread.

the new Firmware is to update or no wich way is best to mek the update by USB OR online method my pch-c300 is work correctly pls advise me the best way .....thanks

for me unfortunately it is a disaster. this new firmware contains all the bug fixes i ever wanted or wished from my pch-300...BUT network is not working at all...tried wireless auto dhcp, then manual dhcp nothing. tried wired dhcp auto, manual nothing...
the box is not seeing the network. cannot connect to network shares, cannot connect to youtube, nothing at all...
the weirdest thing is that i can ping it, i can telnet into it, i can ping google.com from telnet interface on it...so it HAS internet...its jost NOT WORKING inside the interface and that's that...
also wizard tells me "congratulations you have established an internet connection" when i run the wizard...
i am reverting to February firmware which works perfectly with my asus RT-N66U router...
PS: tried factory reset ofcourse...twice!

The c4 driver is made by diamond designs. The bug is probably in their driver or prev/next wouldn't work for anyone.

Same frustration here
I have not found a way to get the WLAN running.
And with LAN I have the problem, it works sometimes, but fore sure it's stopped working after each restart. Then I have to run through the wizard just by clicking the green button and WLAN connection is working again ... but not every time the connection to the internet (Wizard says it is working), but no time sync and no connection with the Apps.

My internal 3TB Seagate Barracuda HDD is not recognized in the new firmware. Switched back to the previous firmware et voila: it's found again under Local Media. Anyone else with this issue ?

There may be another company who designs a c4 driver as well. Taking the control system out of the equation, you can use the iOS app by PCH. It is a software remote that communicates via IP. The previous and next commands don't work here either for pch-c300 and pch-c200 when playing back a full blu-ray backup in full bd mode. Again, this is an IP control related issue with the firmware. IR control works without any issues.

There's 8 different ways to ip send in remotes.. while I agree there is a bug here in 1 method, it is possible for someone with the driver to fix this today (and I verified). nothing is cut and dry when trying to work with the hardware to do things.

I may be one of the few, but this update did fix a lot of issues I was having with the box, and up to now I haven't found any new issues.
I just hope that something can be worked out regarding compatibility with different blu ray drives in the future.
I am keeping my eyes on the wiki regarding that of course, but as far as that goes I have only found a single store selling one of the drives that is compatible.
For a price that makes me think "sod it, I'll just keep using my PS3 for now..."
