Will running My_YAMJ.cmd update paths after changing them? - TigerLord - 07-30-2012 04:01 PM

I have a C300 with latest Eversion, YAMJ 2.6 r2939 and YAMJ app installed. My movie library has about 354 titles.

After I noticed all my latest additions to the library wouldn't play properly, I checked the individual .xml in the Jukebox folder and noticed the paths were wrong, somehow. Something must have happened at some point because 92% of my movies play well from the Jukebox.

So I went to My_Library.xml and upgraded the paths.

Will running My_YAMJ.cmd update the paths of each movie accordingly? Or do I have to delete the Jukebox folder and rebuild the library from scratch to make sure all paths are correct?

Thanks!

In theory, yes. In reality, it's a feature that breaks a lot so when your sorting out path changes, it's best to keep deleting a specific movie from teh Jukebox folder until you get that one working. Once sorted out, then delete all the xml files and run yamj to replace them all.
