Right so you have removed absolutely everything ethernet cable or USB dongle included?
Have you checked rocker switch on rear is ON? Have you checked you are on correct TV AV channel for composite (yellow cable)? Checked it is in right socket on A110? Have you then unplugged and replugged? Try to press reset button on the front, did anything happen? Then when you have given enough time for it to boot etc. have you tried 'tvmode' release wait 1 sec '0'? Still nothing then try the Recovery Procedure:- http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...p?tid=8193 Try to use a USB stick that has an LED to show use or similar so you can see if it is being accessed by the A110. I tried everything, including the Recovery Procedure, and barely got any results. After placing the 2-pin jumper as stated in the Recovery Procedure and switching it on, I saw the orange power light go on for about a milli second (if that means anything). Any other suggestions? I appreciate the help btw.

Where can I find the serial number on my popcorn hour to register for support? Do you think I would be able to get a replacement or possibly return the product?

You should just follow their insturctions first. The serial number is on the unit.
