no video in wmv

Hello all,

I have some WMV's that I would like to play on my PCH C-200, however, when I try, I get the sound but no video. I tried some of the steps for AVI's located here:

but I received an ASF unsupported error. Here is the media info on the file in question:

is there a way to convert these to work? or am I SOL?

I'm going to try the windows media encoder 9 to see if that will work. wish me luck.
