Complete NFO for Oversight
For many years I have been using XMM to manage my movie collection. I already have all the metadata in my database. I undertand that scrapping the internet for movie info is a pain and IMDB is a moving target. So, my question is, how can I use NFO files to make available to Oversight all the information I already have?

Thanks a lot.

Wink
I just ran a scan for my action movies... Covers and Fanart are great, movie details are gone... For me the perfect solution would be to put all details in NFO and have Oversight get Covers and Fanart..

Tv Series work great since theTVdb is not a moving target.

RE: Complete NFO for Oversight
Is there any way to force Oversight to get the english titles? I am located in spain, so I quite often Oversight shows the spanish titles in stead of the english ones.
It doesn't matter if I have the correct tt..... number in my NFO file and the folder name has the correct english title.
Thanks for an excellent tool, superp!

RE: Complete NFO for Oversight
Hi, thanks for the advice.

However, i cannot figure out where to specify the IMDB Source. I don't see anywhere in the Scraping setings where I can select the IMDB Source and change it to mobile.
Oversight -> Setup -> Scraping -> IMDB Source -> Mobile

Any suggestions?

Hi, That version is not supported anymore. You need to use the latest v2.0 beta version.

OK, I will try that.
I thought that my version was the last stable, and the beta only for beta testing.
Thanks

RE: Complete NFO for Oversight
Super, that works much better. It is scannig my hdd at the moment, so far all titles are in English.
Only problem so far is that Director, Writer and Cast are shown as nm1234567 far all movies. I see in the forum that other users have the same problem.

Even with this minor bug it is a fantastic tool.
