is this after a hard power down (holding power button until it flashes and turns off) or just pressing the power off button once until the display goes off? Or are you switching off by yhe wall?

Hi, thanks for replying.
This is after a hard power down, switching to standby is fine the drive loads, but after a hard powerdown and then a power on it will not load the external disk - it does see it still but with no contents. so a hard power down, disconnect the external drive, power on, once loaded connect the external drive and it works fine.
This was not an issue until after i installed the new firmware, the internal drive is not an issue either.

I've had this happen from a cold boot on occasion, when it has happened to me all I've had to do was hit the ''Repeat'' button on the remote, to refresh the screen, and all my content shows up.

I've also had an issue, that sometimes when one of my drives goes to standby after not being used for a while, that trying to access that drive results in an error that the drive cant be accessed, whereby only a hard reboot fixes it. Not a huge issue, and something I don't really care about fixing tbh.

Were have you been lol. all firmware was put on hold for other resources until IFA which just passed. So firmware will again resume for the C200 which means the A200/210 as well

I'm very happy with my A-200, but i wonder if i would buy another PCH product again... Almost an year has gone. No updates, no news, no statements... They are focused on the newer products and it is acceptable. I live in Brazil and i don't want to buy, import and pay costly taxes for a new PCH unit every year.

I'm happy with the A-200 due to it's benefit-cost and capabilities, but it still has some bugs. I'm frustrated with the lack of updates for months, not with the product itself. I think there are some frustrated users out there due to this, as i've read on this topic. I'm sorry about my english, there must be some misunderstanding.
