Problem About Torrent Dowload!!!

Hi to all

IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve some problems about downloading
Every time I try to connect to my PopCorn to control state of my download file, I have some problems. PCH doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t work, TV remains black and any key of remote control doesnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t work.
The only thing I can do is disconnect the power supply, but in this way I lose the part of file that IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve already downloaded.
I have WD 500 Gb HD

Has anyone else this problem?

or do you know how can solve this problem?
