C200 guidance requested

My C200 performed flawlessly for first year, last six months it has gradually been going downhill. Started by freezing up at the end of whatever I had been viewing, usually the during the last one to three minutes of play. Happened on various types of AVI, MKV, etc. seemed to make no difference. Now in the last month or so when it freezes up when I do a forced restart instead of normal startup the power button flashes between orange and white with the flashes being of equal duration in the beginning and then gradually the white flash gets longer and the orange flash duration becomes shorter until eventually it goes all white and then boots normally and runs for a week or more before repeating the process. I have two other A110 units on my network and they both work fine so I know the problem is limited to the C200 and nothing on my network. I run my nmt applications from internal USB thumb drive and currently there is no internal HD.

Not sure if I need to troubleshoot software or hardware and guidance from more experienced will be appreciated.
