HD Audio Passtrough m2ts and mkv (new SDK Video)

Hi all,

just a quick test on the new SDK, to test HD Audio, from m2ts and mkv , anyway still a lot to port over, but so far some things are good and long awaited.

So here we go just a short Clip which shows that it is working, i think some are interrested .

One Note about the Video when i start the DTS-HD HR 7.1.m2ts file, you will see the AVR switch 2 times, the reason for that was, that the file was played before and resumed from bookmark and was at the end of the file so i pressed 0 to start from the beginning .

Oh i hope it is ok that it is without sound, or should i reencode it?

I didn't need audio

I just watched how the Receiver detected HD Audio (Red indicator). That's enough for me since I too have the same DTS test disc.

i know Dave, but some people are a little bit extra skeptical , so better bring it with audio, or some will start to say this is a good videocut

If you press the display button on your Onkyo remote you'll get the display to show TrueHD or DTS-HD MSTR, Werner

Naeh, you are just playing on another bluray player that has been camuflaged to look like an NMT, and using a speciel receiver where you can activate the lights manually to make it look like it plays HD audio

When you show me a untouched VC-1 Stream in MKV with a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 track and this file works fine then you'll have reached the target ^^

If you own the "300" BD, then you only need to remux it, e.g. demux with tsMuxeR and add the tracks in mkvmerge.
