ok. after selecting Middle East server it works better, but still it takes a time....

I got a problem with a tv channels list: on the app start it takes too long to show the list and when I try to filter by a category (like movie channels) it shows a retry message (after a delay). Sometimes it takes up to ten retries to get the list. Fix it, please.
The other problem is a movie library--it plays a show up to about twenty minutes (or less) and then restarts the show from the beginning. Fix it, please. I'm using a midle eastern server.

Sounds like a problem with either your Internet connection or the server you connect to.
I've been using this application for a long time, and never experienced a problem like yours.

Regarding "no support" - keep in mind it's Christmas time.

I think my internet connection is ok, because there are no problems while watching even HD channels. My connection is 10 Real Mbps (tested many times). I saw the channels list problem not a single time with an unofficial Kartina app. Now to the library problem. Is there any reason the library is more "sensitive" to internet issues than SD or HD Kartina channels? How can I check my connection's quality regarding the app? Tnx.

As I said, these problems are not happening with anyone else. I know, it doesn't help you

And no, the VOD (library) is actually less sensitive to speed issues since you can even pause the stream there. Also, if I'm not mistaken, VOD was not available in "unofficial" kartina CSI app.

It's not your connection problem,the App buggy.....
I just got for the tests Dune Hd lite from my friend,
I can tell you for 100%,switching channels takes 4-7 seconds!
On Popcorn Hour 20-40.
Trust me,I have no problems with int connection....I am on 50mb.
So please,stop blaming us for connection problems.

yep. to switch channel (CONNECTING) takes about 7-10 sec, and then BUFFERING about 40 seconds.

Buffering is a known issue. It's actually caused by Kartina.TV wrong reply to certain HTTP requests. Dune had to modify their firmware in order to bypass Kartina.TV problematic reply.

Yes,i know that.
But if you guys look on positive side,many people have bought this unit because of this APP.
AND gonna buy this unit because of this APP...
I think you CAN modify one firmware....

Will Popcorn add appropriate modifications to it's code or fix the app?
I bought this device also for watching KartinaTV. And connecting/buffering time is veery big which make using this app very difficult.
