Hi Werner!

I have the PCH-C300 with a Sony BD-5750H-01 BD SATA installed internally.
I have the latest firmware and nmt apps installed.
Unfortunately, I am having problems playing back RETAIL REGION 1 BD's.

I get the following error message:

![10353] could not play

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

10 NTFS 2TB USB drives on 3 hubs attached to the A400, 2 Seagate blackarmour NAS 3TB, 2 Seagate Central NAS 4TB.

HELP!!

After update the network wifi card disappeared! I have the Popcorn Hour Mini MII PCI Wifi N card (MN-200).

In setup i have only wired option, i don't have any wired network so i need urgently wifi back!

May someone support ?

Does anybody have same problem ?

No idea if this helps but after installing this latest firmware my audio also had problems, all non Dolby Digital and non DTS tracks gave only pink noise. So I powered down my C-300 (with power button on the back of the player) and put it on again after 20 seconds. Problems disappeared and my C-300 works fine now.

Thanks for the tip! I had the same problem with the audio on dvd's (both iso and video_ts folder) Now it works, but only for one movie? If I play a second dvd folder/file the audio is bad again. After power down the divice and reboot the audio is good again? Weird but it works for me.

yes that works, but only do that after pressing the power button until the front led starts blinking and then wait until it finishes... then it's save to power off.
Otherwise you can corrupt the filesystem....

woops ..

Known Issues
- BD switching audio track is not stable
- MN-200 Wifi has no function


I had to revert back to older. I hope they will fix asap!

Hi

Everyone

Just recieved my C300 (sold my C200 to buy new model).
Why I can't update to newest firmware?
Tried online and offline (with USB stick) but no luck my C300 just frizzes and I have to do hard reboot.
I have NMT apps installed on internal WD250 hard disk.
Please help!

So maybe someone at the "Dutch PCH helpdesk" (if that even exists) was a bit optimistic.... or bluffing....
On the other hand I'm glad he is wrong... the Idea of a call center jockey knowing more about the state of FW development and testing than a forum moderator sort of pisses me of big time...

My experience with the C-300 audio difficulties:

- no sound from certain DTS-hd bluray rips.

-distorted sound from Dolby Digital SD DVD rips.

So far all problems can be corrected with change of audio settings from Passthrough to downmix for hd sound, and the reverse for for SD audio.

I posted problems with the C300 in a new thread.
But because i also got problems to update to the new firmware i post my problems over here also.

I have just installed a 3tb WD harddisk in my C300. And now i am trying to install NMT apps. After 50% of formatting the screen goes black. So i don't know what he is doing. I also tried to put the files on an usb stick and then try again. But the same thing happens. Is this a known issue? Can anybody help me with this? And now i am trying to install the new firmware for the Popcorn and i select USB device but nothing happens. Screen goes a little bit grey and nothing happens.

Also i got a problem with the settings. The wizard settings aren't being saved. When i shut down the device and boot it up again all settings are gone.

sounds strange ist it possible to check if it is related to the screensaver? turn of screensaver and try again.
Another reason could be the drive? maybe you can format the drive under windows and try again?
