I have the same problem as well. It happens on the same movie and on the same scene. I couldn't have got this problem solved. It would be great if anyone could help about that.

If it's just one movie then the problem is the movie file.
It could be an error in the file, or it could be encoded with parameters that is not compatible with the PCH. If you need to see this movie then you could make another copy if it's a movie you have on DVD/Bluray. Or download another copy. Easy solution is to play another movie

Here is the sample screens of the movie. I've tried different ways of connection such as component, different hdmi cables, making connection to directly tv bypassing receiver etc. And I also did remove the HDD and try to play movie from USB HDD but the result didn't change.

Do you have this all the time, no matter which movie you play?
Or is it just a few movies that have this problem? If it's on all movies then I think it's the player that's broken. |
