Help needed again for Internal Drive Access
I just installed a new drive in the C300 and downloaded and installed all the NMT apps.
I just need to be able to copy files from my laptop(W7-Home) to the internal disk of the Popcorn , but am unable to see this disk or map it on the laptop. Firewalls are all off. Workgroups are same All NMT apps running incl Samba There are so many topics highlighting access to a network disk, but couldnt find much info on accessing the C300 disk. Anyone any advice , please. |

RE: Help needed again for Internal Drive Access
What happens when you type the C300 ip in your Windows browser?
Plus how is your network setup? A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |

RE: Help needed again for Internal Drive Access
It keeps searching and then returns a error message. Netowrk is setup with Static Ip address, DHCP is off. I tried to map a drive by entering \\C300\share and this also returned a error.

RE: Help needed again for Internal Drive Access
Try:-
\\ipof yourC300 in browser. Where ip will be something like 192.168.1.xxx or 192.168.0.xxx It may be that your have some firewall or router issue stopping then communicating. And give us more details:- What ip's you are using for your network devices in your LAN? - Allof them - subnet, gateway, DNS servers, static internal ip. What are you entering and where on your Windows PC? What NMT Apps version are you using, is it the correct one for your firmware? what are you trying to do both now and how do you want things to work in general? Have a read here and double check things out:- http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...figuration http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...h_Windows7 http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...work_Share http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i..._Static_IP A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |

But there are lots of folders visible like Download lost+found Music nmj_database Photo Video How do I show only the three relevant folders like Music, Videos, Photos and hide the others ? Thank you everyone for your help in this matter. |

RE: Help needed again for Internal Drive Access
You dont it will show all folders. You could set NMJ to autolaunch when a nmj_database folder is detected which would mean the UI disappearing and NMJ appearing.
