RE: Yet Another MovieJukebox 1.0.12 beta Released
So I am having a problem, any time I change something and re-run it it will give me errors about what I changed not being in the temp directory, I tried to move my changes there but it clears it before every run, how can I manually update things

Yeah.. Garp understand what I was failing to get at lol... location and naming convention being configurable by the user (within reason) would be ideal... I can download my own (or use a third party tool), and edit the xsl to call it anything I want... but if I want YAMJ to do the downloading and naming, I need to be able to specify the location and naming convention.

Problem with "Play all" on myihome
The Play all link does not work for me.
This is probably caused since I am running YAMJ on a myihome share. A normal movie link looks like this: file:///action/jukeBox.jsp?absolutepath=C:/Movies_C/movie_x.mkv The "Play all" link looks like this: file:///C:/Program%20Files/myiHome/webapps/ROOT/feature/myiHome-moviejukebox/data/movie_x.playlist.jsp Does anyone know what should the full path link through the myihome be ? If I'll know that I can fix the skin details.xml to point to the right place.

But I don't understand what difference it makes what YAMJ names the downloaded fanart...? YAMJ downloads it and stores the filename in the xml. This is really two separate things...you're talking about user supplied fanart vs downloaded fanart. The ability for YAMJ to automatically recognize user fanart has not yet been implemented. |

RE: Yet Another MovieJukebox 1.0.12 beta Released
Thanks for the update guys
![]() I'm having a slight problem with the IMBD info for one movie though (nothing to do with the update). The movie is The Visotor - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0857191/. The file is saved as - The.Visitor.2007.720p.BluRay.x264-iNFAMOUS The problem is that MovieJukebox keeps recognising this as the remake of Planet of the Apes (has a working title of 'The Visitor'). I've gone through the readme file and it suggests entering the directors name as well as the year. This just comes back with some obsucure biography title. Can anyone please help?

But you can feel free to enter an enhancement request here http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/issues/list. I think if we ever get the XBMC scraper configs implemented, then that would open up a whole new world of data gathering for specific needs like yours. |

But that certainly sounds like something for you to try out. So in the moviejukebox.properties, change mjb.internet.plugin to be: mjb.internet.plugin=com.moviejukebox.plugin.AllocinePlugin Let us know what that does for you.

Anytime I needed to update say the cover file, I have to delete not only the .png files but also the .jpg file as well. Deleting the .png files and not the jpg file gives a similar error. I can avoid those errors by manually deleting the image, html, and xml files instead of relying on YAMJ to overwrite it. I hope this helps. |
