TVID and plugin navigation

Eham... I'm sorry but I do not have a PCH remote and looking at the one on the wiki, I can't find a relation with the TVID codes.

First of all, where is PGUP and PGDN? I assume they are not the up and down in the center wheel, are they?
What about LEFT and RIGHT?

I assume the above buttons are different from the event handlers OnKeyUpSet/OnKeyDownSet/OnKeyLeftSet/OnKeyRightSet (those must be in the center wheel), otherwise the navigation wouldn't be possible when one of the previous buttons (e.g. LEFT) are set as TVID action buttons...

What about some obviously missing TVID codes? (PAUSE, SLOW, FWD, REV, PREV, NEXT, TIME SEEK, SUBTITLE, ZOOM...)? Anybody knows about some undocumented one?

TVID PGUP / PGDN :
There are 2 button for Pageup and Pagedown with volumn symbol.

OnKeyUpSet/OnKeyDownSet/OnKeyLeftSet/OnKeyRightSet:
left , right , up down key in center wheel

NO TVID for : PAUSE, SLOW, FWD, REV, TIME SEEK, SUBTITLE, ZOOM.

PREV: TVID=back NEXT:TVID=next

left and right are the center wheel.

Thank you, I knew that: that's where i got the tvids list, but I couldn't find a match in the picture of the pch remote on the wiki home.
