[YAMJ] GUI Config Tool v0.3
I have created this application as there have been a large number of people that have a problem configuring YAMJ to their specific network settings.
One of the problems with the NMT is the sheer number of configuration options available to people to set-up and use their media. This is an attempt to break it down for first time users of YAMJ into something simpler. ![]() When you run the program, it will create a library file and a batch file that you can use to run YAMJ. Now with added multiple library support. Download here: http://omertron.com/pch/YAMJ_GUI_Config |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
This one will save My_Library.xml and My_YAMJ.cmd to the directory you specify when you hit save, this should be the directory where moviejukebox is, so that is correct.
It will generate the jukebox and save it to the same directory you specify in the top input box, i.e. your video directory. Future versions will allow you to change that. |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
Many thanks for putting this together, however i've got a slight problem. The GUI by dizingof which i was using seemed to create all of this straight away, the reason i have tried yours is because i downloaded YAMJ v.1.0.13 and dizingof's GUI doesnt seem to work with this version.
The location of my dirctory is: \\PCH-A110\share\Video NMT path is NMT hard disc NMT path is: file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/HARD_DISK/PCH-A110/share/Video/ then another box opens and asks me for the location of YAMJ install directory, i point this to my YAMJ folder on my desktop because as far as i'm aware it contains the .bat file, but i get the error that the .bat file is'nt there. I saved anyway and i can confirm that the .bat file is in that folder. I've clicked on the new .lib and .bat file but nothing is in the .lib file and the .bat does'nt seem to do anything, I just can't seem to start creating the jukebox? ![]() Sorry if i'm just being totally thick, thanks again for putting this together. |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
The cmd file that this tool creates just runs the "moviejukebox.bat" file, so if that isn't in the directory, that's why it won't run.
In a default YAMJ installation (I.e. unpack the zip file) there moviejukebox.bat should be there. If you've renamed it or moved it, you'll need to move it back to get this to run |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
Omertron,
I instaled the GUI in the same directory where is YAMJ (where is the "moviejukebox.bat" file). When I double click in the My_YAMJ.cmd the windows says that the directory does not exist (YAMJ directory). ???????? |

Can you confirm that the Moviejukebox.bat is in that folder, not the video folder or any other folder? When it's saved the files and asks you if you want to open the folder, does it open correctly and is the MovieJukebox.bat in there? I've confirmed an error with spaces in the output path, please re-download the 0.1.1 version and see if that fixes your issue. |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
I've not implemented it to get the others working correctly first. I figured it was a more "advanced" option anyway
![]() Shouldn't be too difficult to add it in. |

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
Well yeah I think most people running a different http to myihome, probably know how to edit the library folder, but it can't hurt

RE: [YAMJ] GUI Config Tool
The next major option to add is multiple library entries.
Then I want to add a moviejukebox.parameters editor Then a skins.properties editor |
