[A-110] Filenames through uPnP Twonkymedia server showing with %## (ASCII codes)
Don't know if this is a bug or not but I would rather not have it.
I haven't found this same issue relating to a uPnP server before so I am wondering if others have seen this.Using the latest A-110 firmware, 01-17-081023-15-POP-403, hitting the "i" (information) button on the remote shows the filename full of ASCII codes in the "%###" format. This only happens with files accessed through my TwonkyMedia uPnP server (currently v4.4.9) in my Qnap NAS. When I access files through the HDD in the A-110 or through SMB shares, filenames show up just fine. RE: [A-110] Filenames through uPnP Twonkymedia server showing with %## (ASCII codes)
I have the exact same problem. I have been searching for hours and i can't fint anything.
My best guess is that it has to do with the codepage settings on the uPnP-server. I have tried to change this but it doesn't seem to have any effect. But then again i'm not sure how the settings should be. I have a synology DS-207+ that i'm using to stream via uPnP. The codepage settings are Unicode(UTF-8) Language is danish. It is also the language of my PCH. Hope someone can help. |
