Are there any versions of Java that I should "stay away" from? I'm just thinking that I probably installed a different version of Java than I used to use. I'm now using Version 6 Update 11.

FYI, I found my speed problem - it turned out to be the anti-virus application I was using (Avast Anti-Virus). I also used it with XP and it worked great, but there is some known issue where it kills performance on Vista. I installed AVG and YAMJ is back to being fast again!!!

Just an FYI in case anyone else runs into this.

You want to read the mediainfo bit
You will need to delete the xml files (or the jukebox itself) and re-run to get the information populated

Thanks, it seems to be working now. Sorry for not reading the FAQ properly.

BUT! For anyone else reading this, the Windows build of MediaInfo CLI 0.7.9 does not contain the executable file, only the dll! It had me puzzled for a while, but 0.7.8 does include it.
