Just a small question...
Is this the so called "green" firmware, or is that still in development? |

Known issues and TODO list
Good job!
It would be nice to see TODO list and the list of known issues right on the release page. So we can see not only what has been fixed, but what is going to be. That would allow users to decide whether to install this release or to wait for the next one. If my PCH has a very old firmware (not the previous), should I apply the latest one or I have to apply all the previous updates one by one in the order they released? |

I don't know if anything was changed into disk stopping functions - but today in the morning the inside disk was stopped and the temperature was normal. Not rather hot like before.
That's a good change...... F. |

Hi,
can anyone confirm that llink 1.9.9 doesn't work anymore with this firmware? The http connection breaks every few seconds. zeus |

What? There are problems with llink and the new firmware? I exclusively use llink with PCH, but only on Windows when debugging...
It always connects and reconnects, but if it drops connections that would be unusual |

You've made sure you don't have something interfering on the network? On the port? (tried to change llink port to ...say 8003, in the llink.conf) And can you give some examples of files that drop out? etc. Audio, video, disco - I hear, I see, I learn. Wiki. Wiki? Wiki! |

Hi,
I am running llink on a WL500gp router with linux. With the old firmware llink worked without any problems. I updated the firmware on the popcorn and the problems occur. After selecting a file over the html interface the screen just goes black and the popcorn hangs. Even a reset with the remote doesn't work. The files are all avi files, which work over nfs sharing fine on the popcorn device. When I look into the log, I can cleary see that llink looses the http connection every few seconds, even while browsing. I just tried to change the http port and the same thing happend. I don't think it is a http or firewall issue, because I can see the http interface and it worked with the old firmware. zeus |
