Now i've install also Busybox Package and i haven't anymore that kind of error message but anyway downloads doesn't start!

The issue was some of the lib path was missing while the app was started. I'll update the code soon. Meanwhile, you can do the manual start as follows.
# cd /share/Apps/DownloadManager
# ./daemon.sh start

Any standard solution for that?
I am trying to run download manager on HDX-900

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed the utils package from CSI?. because sqlite binary is missing it seems.
