Try to enter the path to your network share in the /share/Apps/mpd/etc/mpd.com file at the line that says
music_directory "/share/Music"

I'm not 100% sure, but I beleive that if your netwok share is configured in the NMT and called MyShare and the music is in MyShare/Music you would enter
"/opt/sybhttpd/local.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/MyShare/Music" instead of /share/Music

Then you need to get the share auto mounted (search the forum, I beleive it's in here somewhere) or mount it manually every time you want to start playing music after a power off.
