YAMJ Skin




Add Year sorting access in the bottom left index menu

In detail page:
- If foreign language displayed Movie name + Original movie name (ex: French name / English name)
- Display previous and next movie image
- Fanart backgound support
- Possibility to have different skins depending of configuration file
- Episode Dynamic Displaying
- Tanslate messages via the Rutabaga-option.xls file
- Display movies list into 2 colums when >10 files (mainly for TV series)
- logos for movie file properties (Xvid, HD, Dolby,...)

MUSIC JUKEBOX SKIN


I mainly change the skin to have more songs in the detail, list page, add icons and change the genre list.
Possibility to have different backgrounds for each pages Index, Detail (artiste/year) and Playlists pages.

You could change :
- backgrounds images (renaming files) for each Index, Detail (artiste/year) and Playlists
- Display file type icons (mp3, flac, ...)
- Adjust precisely Colors, positions via the rutabagaskin.css file

You have 2 column episode Lists!!!! I have been trying to do that for a while now... I may have to thief some code

Does this auto-download fanart when you run YAMJ or does it just support it and I have to find the images separately??

The Skin for YAMJ did not work for me.
Tried both an update and a fresh index build, but neither works.

But its only the main Index that is broken.

I just used Fanart images down by YAMJ.
I display fanart on if i detect an existing file for the movie. If not i take the default one

What is the exact problem ?
I used it since 1 month with no problem. And the index is the file i quite not changing.
Try to replace index.xls by the index.xls in the default skin

tried to replace the index.xls now, but no luck.

It tries to start "Other_Nouveaux_1.html", but there is no "Other_Nouveaux_1.html" in the Jukebox folder.

Have been using robinsjexcal skin, and it worked just fine.

Edited it to start on "Other_All_1.html" then the main index worked, but there is no background...

Sorry i modify the skin.properties with mjb.homePage=Other_Nouveaux_1 to use my own genres.xml file

You're right i don't use any background image in the index, i added a link to background.jpg you could download it again

hello, when I select the copy images to the output folder , I don't find any jpg on the output folder , I'm using MJB 6.3
is there a way to get them in the right place

BTW : as I'm french too (and with a poor english) could you make a french version not only generated but the doc in french , and all the label in french ?

Nouveau Skin développé pour pour une TV HD

Le but initial de ce skin était d'avoir un maximum de chansons sur une page et de changer les icônes présentes.

Installation:
1- Unzip dans le répertoire Music Jukebox Release\skins
2- Copier les fichiers suivant dans le répertoire de destination Music Jukebox "Output Folder"
. skins\Rutaba\pictures directory
. skins\Rutaba\rutabagaskin.css file
3- Sélectionner dans Music Jukebox le skin Rutabaga

Les Paramètres que j'utilise pour ma HD TV :
Index: 8 albums 3 lines, Image size=122
Detail : 21 songs Per page, Image size=270

Vous pouvez changez :
. les images de fonds en remplacant les fichiers images background.....jpg
. Ajuster les couleurs texte, positions via le fichier rutabagaskin.css

Si tu n'as pas déja lancé MJB c'est normal qu'il n'y ait pas d'images
Suis l'installation décrite.

Tu dois avoir un répertoire de destination défini dans le champ "Output Folder".
Copie le répertoire rutabaga/pictures et le fichier rutabaga/Rutabagoskin.css dans ce répertoire

Salut,

Avec tout editeur de page Html, xml comme Frontpage
mais il y en a plein en opensource ou freeware.

Tu peux aussi utiliser le Bloc-note mais ca sera moins facile.
Attention modifier ou realiser un Skin c'est de la programmation...

j'ai généré le répertoire musicjukebox via mjb 6.3 et en remplissant tous les champs dans l'interface de mjb 6.3 , c'est là que je coche "copy images to the output folder" mais les images ne sont pas générées. est-ce un pb de de la 6.3 ? (bien j'ai copié ton skin avant dans mon répertoire du pc et du HDX)

j'ai copié le répertoire rutabaga/pctures dans mon outputfolder et le css aussi , j'ai vu dans le code généré (xml) que il est appelé le bouton playallbutton et playallbutton.qui ne sont pas dans pictures et pas tplayallbutton et tplayallbutton_sel , en copiant les tplayallbutton et renommant playallbutton c'est OK

Copie to output folder semble ne pas fonctioner.
mais ca ne sert a rien, les images sont stockées dans les répertoires musique.
Concernant l'utilisation du francais je pense qu'il faille limiter. Le but etant de partager avec les autres.
Il vaut mieux communiquer en Anglais

another question : could you take time and work to write the 3rd jukebox according with your skin - photojukebox with musik playlist while playing the photos

I found some little problem inside the navigation :

- when your are inside the artist/year screen (very plaisant) and in left part of the navigation -
A B C D .... Y Z
the table under is devided in 2 columns

when you are on the right part of the table - A B C (inside the letter) hit down doesn't make down but OK and go to screen of the letter you are positionned A, B
same thing whith the artists in left side on the left column
this reaction isn't the same when you are on the right side of the table - with letter or with artist name , the down remote button go down on the screen

- when you are on main screen - index_main on the left side of the genre menu you have artist and year (very good idea)
when you are positionned on artist or year (year I have to recheck) the down remote action seems to be mapped with the OK or play action instead of down action inside the page.
