Popcorn hour doesn't start at all

Now i changed the connection to componet , but i have the other problem mentionet up there it's caused by a failure firmware update

So i wanted to perform a recovery procces , i folowed the instuction but i don't understand why it's not working for me

I unziped the two files into a USb flash drive but the PCH start like it should start normaly sometimes
