[nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion

Things I had to do with the new .6.0 when installed from the new 2.0.1 CSI.

• forward port 9999
• move nzbget.conf.example, sense it is missing. (edit: it was missing for me for some reason)
• copy over my old nzb, queue, tmp folders so I could resume my in process nzb's.
• Change the download directory from dst back to /share/Download.
• Copy over the unrar script and configs.
• update the unpack.cfg to be in line with the new nzbget directory.
• update the unpack.cfg to be in line with the new nzbget directory.
• edit the nzbget config to include postprocessing rar script. (It was blank)
• Stop the old nzbget daemon service via the options, as I don't think its needed when installing the new one via CSI.
• Delete the old nzbget directories.
