PopCorn MKV AudioConverter

hey everyone, ive used this program before and had great success with it. i play videos on my tv using a wd hdtv players, and sometimes like to download blu-ray files and watch those, but they need to be converted. ive done this before no problems, but since then ive gotten a new computer and tried loading the software on it, installs fine. all the tools are loaded. and i remeber it being as simple as selecting the file needed to be converted and then select a destination for it, and click run.. and a window pops up and converts... takes some time, but then is fine.

my problem is that i click run and a window pops up for like half a second then goes away, and in the bottom white part of the main popcorn page it just says:

and it doesnt do anything, any ideas guys???
