ok then - its now done it one TWO files one after the other both are 1080p files - it worked fine on a 720p one - i got it too work on first one by downloading newer versions of the encoders and files your program supplys but now its doing it again - edit: it works if i add the 1080p sample, i think it may be long filenames or large files??

edit: got it working, realised last time i changed the name to a shorter one too and thats why it worked - your new version is struggling with long filenames when it didnt before
