PopCorn MKV AudioConverter

Hey guys having a strange problem, I have the program setup and all everything is loaded.

How ever when I try to convert my file acc audio to ac3, the screen comes up for a split second showing the progress then closes.

Now I've tryied to figure out whats going on, and I moved the program but it keeps trying to find all the file from the first location and the browse buttons are not functioning.

I have no idea whats happening and wanna try to install everything again but it seems like even if I delete the file and download it again it goes back looking in the same location for all the file(where they no longer are)

Any help would be great.
