Can you PM me your tracking number and RMA number? I had an attempted delivery card on my desk when I came in on Tuesday and I went online and requested a redelivery. The package that they noted has yet to come in though. I just got off the phone with the local post office and they have the package there. I'm going to pick it up right now, but I'm not sure if it's yours unless I get some more info. Thanks.

I, too, am having A SIMILAR same problem. While not EXACT in nature (as I clearly do not know the exact source of your problem), the symptoms appear to be similar in nature.

I filed a support request this AM, no response yet. Unit powers up (no HDD connected currently). LEDs light up, no activity from unit though. Doesn't output anything on HDMI or Composite. Oddly enough, my unit was purchased around the same time as the thread starter (Apr 21, 08).

Any solutions yet? I can't even get into a menu to do anything...

The PH is the heart of my AV system. I am lost without it!!

You cannot say you have the same problem as you don't know what's wrong. You may share a sympton.

Start your own thread and give as many details as possible on what you have done, what is your setup, what's wrong etc. etc. the more detail the better the chance of getting some directed help from your fellow owners.
