What are your two SHOWSTOPPER problems with your A110?

I only have one gripe:

1) The inability to power on the PCH from the remote after a Pwr + Delete

1) Some high def mkv (stream over network) files lose sync (video starts to stutter) and audio seems to keep playing, and then stutters a bit. Whether this is a processing power/RAM issue, it needs to be fixed. Doesn't happen all the time but when it does, having to use time-seek to fix it is annoying.

2) Everything else it does is great, so Surprise me

I only have 1 Big One!

1) Random / Shuffle play for BOTH audio and video files.

Why video?

Because a lot us have full seasons of TV shows, like Cheers, Simpsons, Family Guy, etc, where it would be nice to just have it randomly play any episode from any season that we might have.

Can't play some .Mkv files (HD-movie), only when i restart/reboot the PCH. But when i watch another movie after this and then go back to the same .mkv file the movie won't play.

The thread is for us, owners, to try and highlight 2 items that we want to push Syabas to fix. You post a bug that has just been introduced last firmware:-

A known bug that when you play a file that wont play, bad encode/out of parameters, AND it jumps back to the menu then ALL MKV files thereafter wont play.

I would hope that this is fixed next firmware, so you will be very happy. But is that it, come on there must be something that you'd really like sorting/adding.

In general some of these are just not possible, how can they change the NIC or support codecs/containers the chip doesn't, and some are not a problems for anyone but the individual, HD stutter, connection problems, etc.

Can we keep on topic and post TWO items, make sure that it is suitable for all, so will be popular, and have a chance of making it into the top 2.

I really miss the feature to set an audio delay on-the-fly, like XBMC can do. This helps a lot with out of sync video files.

The ability to auto mount smb shares or mount more than 1 (on the PC) so can use the jukebox with multiple hard drives

I have no showstopper issues - I use my PCH every day and I love it.

But I have some high priority wishes

1) Wrong color space used for most HD files
2) idx/sub embedded in mkv.

I bought the PCH mainly for retiring my CD player.

I would like better audio support:
- Browsing while a song is playing for FLAC and MP3 (maybe just install MPD and integrate an MPD client into the PCH)
- Song db sortable by any tag (at least: artist, album, song title)
- Next song queue

1. Fast forwarding of films faster than 8x. It takes forever to fast forward. 16x and 32x should be possible.
