Hello,

As CSI just will not work for me anymore installing a new version of NZBget, i'm now stick on version 0.51

Can i use OVersight with this?

And is there a way of installing NZBget by any other means than the CSI, i cannot install Telnet either, but weirdly both TVNZB and Oversight install fine.

What are you symtoms ?
Does CSI think it installed OK?

Need more info, but if you cannot install telnet either, you should probably flag the subject as a CSI issue so Ger might read.
In either case, more details may be needed regarding exact steps and error messages?

It used to work fine, I then needed to upgrade the 0.6 as it kept crashing and disconnecting a problem i had seen mentioned on here, but once i upgraded i then had 2 copies installed. So i did a Clean wipe of the PCH (keeping media intact) and started again. But now I can't get any NZB to install.

It says its completed, but it shows no text in the final screen.

In your software it shows what files and folders created etc in texton the actual installer, in the others it says nothing, and when i click the link to view NZB page cannot be displayed.

You may need to flag this up with Ger, maybe PM to look at thread or change the subject to be more relevant
"CSI install of nzbget problem" etc.

Thanks Lordy, i've already made a thread but did not get a reply, and posted on a few other threads. I started this one too ask if i could still use 0.51 as I've given up installing a new version of nzbget, even though this one is nowhere near as good as the others.

So 0.51 and Oversight and TVnzb?

Possible to work together?

Yup. Should work fine. Make sure you do *not* have a /share/Apps/NZBget folder. If you do just rename it and reboot to be on the safe side.

Ahh i have one of them, which suggests that the new nzbget Beta has been installed, or at least attempted to install

This one is solved, thanks lordy for redirecting him to me.
We reinstalled his appinit, now he is able to install applications again using CSI.
