Popcorn hour repair or Wireless card?
During the last thunder storm, lightning took out the cable model, router, and popcorn hour NIC. The popcorn hour works just fine but the nic in it is dead. Does popcorn hour do "repairs" or can I just purchase the WN-100 Wifi USB card and use that to communicate with it? The machine works great I just have no way of loading stuff onto it.

create a ticket telling them what happened and asking for a quote.

The WN100 should work without the NIC but performance is dire compared to wired. Do you still have the options etc. in network all appearing to work.

Yes everything in the network box appears to work fine. I don't stream anything to it but I load stuff onto it via the jack to the internal HD. I just get no link light and no xmission light when connected to the network. Unit performs flawlessly otherwise.
