Torrent Watch, Transmission and Internet Connection

Hi,

I need some help, I have installed the Torrent Watch, Transmission 1.6 and Telnet on my PCH, my problem is when I want to change my internet connection, like from home and my office, my pch can´t be connected.

Any Idea??

Do you have any local network at home? do you use such a router to connect it to Internet?
If yes - just configure port forwarding on it to your PCH
