No, I did not add this option yet however I guess this could be done easily. You could grab the source ( http://x86dev.org/nmt/ ) and modify config.php. Just add this line under the parse_mpd_conf function():

The replace the config.php file in your MPDJB folder with the one you just edited. Then reset the config either within the setup page or by deleting the contents of the tmp folder inside MPDJB folder. This way, your volume would be set in the config and you can forget about it afterwards.

I take note of implementing some kind of volume control for a future version.
