Do you have option `Start Playlist fron Highlighted Song`option enabled. I am looking for another feature that uses PHP code instead of Javascript. If another of the blue-highlighted options one the MJB application interface works, we can rule out a problem with the PHP interpreter on the Popcorn Hour (myiHome).

Can you play an album with `Play All`. If so, we know the playlist used by it and shuffle is good.

The USB drive should not cause a problem. Could you go to the Playlists option of the MJB app and `Generate HTML`there. It may be that the playlists subfolder wasn`t created when you generated your menus. This will force the playlists folder to be created and its files to be copied (shuffle file exists in the playlists subfolder).

I just discovered this program and it looks like the answer to presenting a nice interface for my music.

Installed okay and the server is running. But I am encountering quite a strange problem.

Using a PCH A100 or A110 it works fine. The album artwork is presented, selected and track show up and then play. But on an A200 while the album art and track listings show, pressing Play on any track just returns to the track listing.

Anybody know what might be causing this?

This assumes you have defined a network share on your Popcorn Hour named 'My Documents'. Is this correct? I think you need to use the Network Shares option on the Popcorn Hour menu and create a link to your \\HAREL-PC\My Documents folder. Make sure the link is named EXACTLY the same on the Popcorn Hour and in the MJB PCH Paths.

I've been messing about for two days trying to get this thing to work.

My music is on my NAS (192.168.1.101\Volume_1\Music)
I have this NAS mapped to Z: on my server.

My paths are
Music folder: Z:\Music
Output Folder: Z:\Music\Menu
PH Path to Music: NETWORK_SHARE/Music
PH Path to Menu: NETWORK_SHARE/Music/Menu

I cannot create a network share on my HDX box to my NAS music folder because the stupid thing can only mount at root level so I have to use NetworkMounter to mount as follows:

path = "/share/Music"
share = "//192.168.1.101/Music"
user = "HDX"
password = "*****"
options = ""

After scanning if finished all I get is a network share error or a request cannot be processed.
Why is setting a media box so damm difficult, no wonder people go with Apple - everything just works, none of this faffing about!

I have been struggling with this for months.
I have the latest firmware installed but I have never been able to get this to work on previous versions either
Here is my setup:

Music Folder: E:\Media\Music
Output Folder: \\PCH-C200\share\_MusicMenu\MusicData\
Popcorn Hour Path To Music: SATA_DISK/Music
Popcorn Hour Path To Menu: SATA_DISK/_MusicMenu

With it setup this way, I get all the albums and the artwork on the C200 and I can click play on an album and it will play. HOWEVER,
I cannot get it to shuffle or play all on the album or in a playlist.
I have created 3 playlists:
Big Band.jsp
Jazz.jsp
Comedy.m3u
These all show up but will not play or shuffle.

When I was done creating them, I pressed Generate HTML
I selected show hidden playlists so they all show but will not play or shuffle.

I have all NMT apps running
The music is on the internal hard drive share of the C200
I have had the NMT app wizard format a clean install of the NMT apps and the share location.

The index_main.html file is being created and not being placed in
SATA_DISK/_MusicMenu but rather in
\\PCH-C200\share\_MusicMenu\MusicData\ along with all the other htm and jpg files.

Im pretty frustrated. The myihome nmt server app is running
I try to access things by navigating via the c200 hard drive to the MusicData directory and select a htm file then hit the home button and then select a playlist or genre but they will not play or shuffle.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I still have had no resolution on the shuffle or play all problem. I cant think of what else to
do. I have done the install many times and I do see the artwork and can play individual albums but no play all or shuffle.

I was not using 7 version since a few older betas so i´m waiting for the final release to jump from 6.5 to 7, the question is if you know that some of the multi addition changes can affect in some way to the meow skin, especially on the detail.xls file ?? (i think meowmoo was using a 7beta when working on the skin so i suppose it´s not affected, but don´t sure).

Hi guys,

My music is stored on my NAS. Y:\Shared Music

On my A110, I can only create a network shared up to Y:\ root folder, as it doesn't let me browse to \Shared Music. So I'm confused now, what folder do I set under "Popcorn Hour Path to Music"?

My other question is where do I put the Index.htm file? Do I leave it in the menu folder with all the other htm files or put it into Y:\ root, or Y:\Shared Music?
