I saw this news today regarding Voddler now with flash !

Will this change make it possible to view it via the popcorn ?

Don't think so. As far as I know, the popcorn has no flash support.

There is absolutely no way this will happen without a hack.
Somewhere deep below the surface there are of cause h264 video streams to be played, but I imagine there is quite a bit of proprietary packing and or security that would need to be "reverse engineered" in order to feed the video to the NMT sigma video decoder.

The chance of voddler making an official NMT version of their client are slim to none. But hey, don't shoot the messenger, no one is happier then I if I'm proven wrong.
