Not sure what you mean by that either.

The myiHome version is, indeed, more updated than the index version, but the change is negligible.

Is there any way I can link from the music tab on this skin to the music jukebox created with my dynamic music jukebox? I love this skin but would like to be able to see fanart and some sort of jukebox layout for my music

Yes, you can, but I can only help you half way.

Edit the home.html plugin in the template folder. Or the homeplugin.html if you're using the movie jukebox plugin.

In either of these files, you'll see this code:

Change the /application/music to wherever your music jukebox is. I assume the music jukebox uses an index.htm, so you would link to that file.

Now the other half is knowing what link to put in there. Not sure what you'd put in there.

After you make the change, make a copy of the entire skin folder (SpeedDial.NMT.v1.9.0803). Rename the copy (SpeedDial.NMT.v1.9.0803-new). Then in myiHome, choose "SpeedDial.NMT.v1.9.0803-new" as your new skin.

Thanks for the attempted help. Unfortunately the half you just showed will be the only half i figure out. I have no idea how to link it. The only thing I do know is where the index is.

i can't put my NMT to use this skin, i get everything as in the instructions, but my NMT always shows the original skin. What can i do?

ps: it's working, it's the thing about going to prereferences and it reverting to the blue skin by itself.

I don't think you'll be able to actually change the theme of your NMT to this skin. If I understand correctly, theme has to have the same general layout as the default NMT skin when you turn it on. SpeedDial obviously doesn't have that general layout -- so the best you can do is use it as an index.

I would like to do this also and have the TV link straight to the categorie TV in the Aeon skin.

I have the same problem of not knowing how to format the link. If I cant nav to it in explorer and just paste the address bar into the html, then I am lost.

Is there anyway to use SpeedDial NMT GUI look and AEON Movie Wall without using iMyHome? I have the new C-200 with two internal HDD. All my video is stored locally. I already have YAMJ running but would like to use the new skins and look. To start YAMJ, I browse on the NMT to the index.htm file and select it. I create my YAMJ indexes and html content on my pc and have it upload it to the NMT. It all works great. However, now I want to use SpeedDial NMT GUI look and AEON Movie Wall. How do I go about changing YAMJ to change the look WITHOUT needing to install iMYHome and create a link to my pc?

Firstly, I want to welcome you to the forums, and thank you greatly for showing interest in my skins.

Unfortunately, I'll only be able to semi-help you ... only because I don't run my setup that way, and I'm not sure about a few things.

Firstly, I'm not sure about the C-200, but I think the best you're going to do is use SpeedDial NMT as an index. I don't think you can replace the C-200 GUI with this ... but I may be wrong.

Regardless, to be able to go into YAMJ from this skin (without myiHome), you'll have to edit the index.html file. You'll see 9 sets of these lines (all 9 slightly different to reflect the 9 icons/links):

This icon is in position 1 (top-left), as denoted by TVID="1". It's named VIDEOS, but you can change this to whatever you like. You would change http://localhost.drives:8883/HARD_DISK/Video/Movies/ to the location to YAMJ's index.html.

Now the problem is, I don't know what to change that to. You'll have to look/ask around in the forums.

If you want, you can change one of the other 8 icons in case you want to keep the videos link. You'll also have to change the "img src" and onfocussrc" png images to change the icon.

So this Skin and it's YAMJ component is only available when using the MyIHome server??.. I ask because I to use an internal HDD with all my movies and skins being stored on it. I only hook the PCH to the internet via LAN about once a month to check for firmware updates or use the internet radio.

I am not using the c200 tho.. I'm using a brand new a110 model of the unit. I'm very new to the NMT world but kno a little bit about html. I've been looking for a skin. I've tested a few from this forum out but havn't found anything that I'm quite content with. I was very pleased by the screenshots supplied with this skin but after reading a few comments I see that MyiHome is a requirement. Grr

I'd like to hopefully use the SpeedDial Skin with the Aeon YAMJ Movie Wall

RiChaDo has made an index of this skin. He further explained that it cannot be used as an NMT GUI replacement ... meaning, once you turn your NMT on, you can't go right into this skin. I've never tried it, but I'll have to take his word for it.
