Remove telnetd from Lundman
Hello everyone!
I installed telnetd with the following instruction: http://www.lundman.net/wiki/index.php/NMT:telnetd But now, my popcorn have an internet access, so I would prefer to use NMT application installer. How can I remove previous telnetd? Can I simply remove bin folder and start_app.sh that the installer copied in my localhost.drives/HARD_DISK ? Thank for the help! |

I think you can use CSI to remove it with the click of a button.

Nop, I can't.
In CSI, telnetd is list as uninstalled and I don't have telnet in installed tab... I check the script from the installer and I think I can safely remove bin/ and startup_app.sh. The only "system file" that was modified is /mnt/syb8634/etc/ftpserver.sh and the script has made I backup. I will try

I moved all file to be sure and killed telnet : no problem.
 I will reinstall it with CSI. Thank everyone! |
