UMC No index created for XAMPP

Went throught the step by step guide.

Scan ran fine, but no index.html created.

Nothing in the error log.

Windows XP

For Xampp you get a index.php

Figured it.... move on nothing to see here, except a dumb ass.

hi,
this is an know bug - it will be solved in 1.81 on sunday in the meanwhile you can open the
index.php with an editor (eg. notepad++) - there is an empty row in the top - delete this,
save the file and the error is gone!

Did you follow that guide, whilst install xampp?

If non uninstall xampp and reinstall following the step by step, worked for me.
