Problem Streaming over Gb Network

I know I've been bashing a bit about this issue, I just find it unacceptable that NMT is silent about the issue.

I also find it unacceptable the level of support I got on this issue (none : support barely speaks english). But knwoing more about the C200, I understand there was nothing support could do for me ; they know they sell broken devices. As far as my reseller is concerned, they did not sell many of those and after reading here for two weeks I know more than them about the C200.
Only the syabas people here ( Werner & Steve ) answered my PMs - and I appreciate that, as well as the fact they were not paid to do so. Steve to say he was passing my "MAC 00:00:20" experience to developers, and Werner to say what beta testers say, that they know gigabit is flawed. Thanks to both of them.

Did you know that web boutiques in our region have started, due to user complaints, to underline that the device, despite what the brochure and tech spech say, is not running at gigabit.

May I also underline the price in Euros of this player : 349EUR, more than 520$ USD.
The owner of this HD web boutique said in a forum message he won't be ordering anymore of the C200 units due to user complaints.

The least syabas could say is post a public explanation and a date for a fix. But Since they seem to hide the defect, I have reasons to believe it'll never be sorted out. Web vendors seem to agree with me. The longer Syabas waits to post a fix, the more web shops will stop ordering their units.

Nuke12, I know you have nothing to do with that and are a user just like me, this is nothing personal. Without your forum we wouldn't have a voice at all. So thanks for that. I hope this gets read by someone at Syabas who cares. About your PHY/MAC explanation, which I've read from Werner as well, I find it hard to believe since I've seen freezes of the network part at Fast Ethernet speeds ( and other users here as well). So the MAC part is also not able to handle fast ethernet speeds in some (rare) cases ? What is it able to handle safely then ?
