are u sure the remote is rf ?!

hi all ,
just received my c200 2 hours ago and the remote control is very irresponsive !? and i have to be always pointing my hands towards the machine so it can respond to the signals , i have a a rf keyboard and xbox 360 controller and harmony 900 universal remote and they are not like this at all ?!

so whats wrong ?

i attached an antenna and it solved the problem Smile
